Good Friday - 18 April Aley Green - Ecumenical Walk of Witness - 10.30am from Aley Green Methodist Church Barton-le-Clay Methodist Church & St Nicholas Methodist Church Walk of Witness - starts 10.30am from The Bull Public House, stopping at the War Memorial, Community Garden and Barton Methodist Church for a hymn and a bible reading, followed by hot cross buns and tea/coffee in the church hall. The cross will then be carried to the rectory in Manor Road for the final prayer. Bury Park/Beech Hill, Luton - Bury Park Churches Together Silent Walk of Witness - starts at 9.30 for 9.45am at Beech Hill Methodist Church with a short service, 10.00am - All Saints Church of England, 10.15am - Holy Ghost Catholic Church, 10.30am - Oakdale Methodist Church, 10.45am - Church of God in Christ (GOGIC). Dunstable Churches Together Service - 11.00am - In the Quadrant Eaton Bray Methodist Church - 10.30am Churches Together Good Friday Worship Gravenhurst - 5.00pm - The Final Conflict - a short service of hymns and readings High Town, Luton - 11.00am - Good Friday Service Leagrave Churches Together Walk of Witness - starts 10.30am from Hockwell Ring Shops, including a short service at 11.00am at High Street, Leagrave and finishes at St Lukes's for hot cross buns. Leighton Buzzard - led by the Church of the Good Shepherd. Two starting points 10.30am at the Market Cross and from St Barnabas' Church in Linslade. The two processions will meet at the designated pedestrian crossing at the bottom of the town before going through Waterborne Walk, returning to The Market Cross for a short open-air service, starting around 11.00am.
